1st batch of Clyde bars to go to the cafe

At Just Catering making the Clyde bars, but rounder (more like muffins) called "Planets" like I called the smaller spheres a decade ago, and that I baked at home a few weeks back (see earlier blog entry).  Juan is grinding the veggies and fruit.  Right behind him is Giuseppe who owns the catering company and changed the spelling of Planets to "Plan-Its" because these bars are a good way of planning to eat healthy (I like it!).  Anna and Roberto are center and to the right.
