    I was happy to read this question because this is my issue right now. I am in training for a marathon in March. Besides long runs, I do intense strength training 2 times a week. Since my last long run (16 miles) the hunger has increased dramatically. What can I add/replace to my diet to help me stay fuller longer. I have a pretty healthy diet as it is, I am looking for some suggestions of "heartier" healthy fare for breakfast and lunch. Thanks,
