I have the original printing of my book (done at Kinko's) and can have a copy mailed to you. Email Nadia, the administrator at SMI where I work, at Nfaraci@smiweb.org and let her know the first name of the person you want me to sign the book to. As soon as she gets your payment for the book (call Nadia at 650-322-2809 ext 0 with your credit card number; the book is the same price as when you order it through lulu.com i.e. $15) I will sign it and Nadia will mail it to you at whatever address you put in your email. Please do not try to order the book directly through me personally; I will just direct you to Nadia.
