Dr. Clyde Wilson - since meeting with you, I have learned so much... I'm more aware and conscious of what foods to eat... I have noticed an increase in energy level. I don't get the afternoon slump where I used to get tired. I also don't get really hungry right after breakfast, which used to consist of only an apple... I feel like I'm getting a bit stronger b/c I'm able to do more squats w/o my legs shaking uncontrollably. Just wanted to let you know that I have seen a difference in regards to energy level and length of time I stay satisfied and don't get super hungry. Thanks, jennifer

Hi Clyde- I wanted to send you a follow up to our consultation August 1st. First of all, thanks for a comprehensive consult, it was great- I learned a lot. I have been following your plan fairly consistently- it was a bit hard when I was in Canada.
